first, the facility is right above the train station so the convenience factor can't be beat. The hotel staff are amazing and very gracious and made us feel welcome for the moment we walked in. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and very elegant. The closet was as big as most bedrooms that we've stayed in. Large clean bathroom with a beautiful tub. The room was very quiet, which surprised me since we're right above a train station. We had breakfast in the atrium as part of our room package and I'm glad we did. the breakfast was simply amazing with a buffet selection of both Western and Japanese style gourmet selections. Really the best buffet we've seen anywhere. It's definitely not inexpensive to stay, but it's one of those unique experiences that shouldn't be missed if you can swing it. highly recommended!

I wrote a bit about my experience with the Tokyo Station Hotel here: https://www.porchandparish.com/2024/12/19/517106/travel-thursday-japan To expand upon that review, let me just say that the Tokyo Station Hotel is a gorgeous, convenient hotel with excellent staff and services. We were treated with such kindness by the staff and greatly appreciated the efforts they made to make our 20th anniversary special. The rooms are some of the biggest we've seen in Japan and they include a large array of amenities. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The location can't be beat for a home base to travel around Tokyo and beyond. Being able to roll out of bed and jump onto our train was very nice after a 14-hour flight the night before.

In the past when we were in Tokyo we always stayed elsewhere, this was the first time to stay in this hotel and we were not sorry. The room was spacious, clean, peaceful and nicely arranged. The bed was big and comfortable with great pillows and duvet -- sleep quality was really good. Breakfast was a real surprise, plenty of everything and we especially liked a lot of Japanese dishes on offer. Location is great for walks around Marunouchi and Ginza is also not so far away. Because of the length of the building there are several entrances, exclusively for staying guests, so one does not have to go every time through the lobby and gets to the room faster. A nice touch!

This hotel is amazing, the location is perfect if you have a lot of activities to do in all parts of Tokyo city. The bathroom facilities are absolutely amazing, and if you're a Westerner, you should absolutely try out all the features of the Japanese toilets. The staff were all sublimely professional and pleasant to interact with. When we arrived, on top of our luggage we also had a carrier bag. They looked after our bags while we checked in, and once we were done found they'd put the carrier bag into a much nicer hotel branded bag haha. Loved the whole stay. They have passcard locked doors for easy access into the hotel from multiple entrances, so its very secure

Location was excellent, centrally located to walk to many great locations on the eastern side of Tokyo, and while we didn't use the trains, the Tokyo train station is conveniently right there, don't even need to go out in the weather to access it. One reason we selected this hotel was due to the rave reviews regarding the breakfast buffet...it certainly did not disappoint us! We are from the USA, and breakfast was healthier than what many US citizens would consider normal, as it had a definite focus upon Japanese breakfast food, yet we really enjoyed many breakfast items never found at a typical USA breakfast buffet, and quality / service were both superior.
