Wow, what an over-the-top luxury hotel. It's huge! Everything is really high-end and the prices reflect that. We were surprised to see that our $700+/night did not include breakfast, but that's my bad for not noticing that detail. The room was HUGE. Super fancy all around. The hotel is not so much tall as it is wide. I took a video of the distance from our room to the elevator to get to reception; I kid you not, it was nearly a 3 minute walk and I'm over 6 feet tall and young enough to still walk at a good pace! Our friends who have watched that video have been astonished to see how long the hallways were. We spent our last night in Tokyo here, getting off the Shinkansen bullet train at the Tokyo Station and the hotel was right there--you enter it from within the station, but will never notice there's a train station under the hotel while staying there. It was a great and luxurious place to stay on our last night and recover from our long trip.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay in order to be close to Tokyo station and conclude my Japan trip in style. It goes without saying that staying here is not cheap, but I was impressed by the extremely high standard of both hotel and staff. It's most certainly one of a kind, being located in a carefully restored historic building that also houses Tokyo Station itself. The Imperial Palace and Ginza are both a short walk away and there are a number of bars and restaurants on site. I only visited the Oak Bar, an elegant establishment for whisky lovers, and I found it very agreeable. The highest point of the hotel for me were the staff, who went out of their way at every point to make sure I had a pleasant stay. From helping with my luggage to offering pleasant small talk on the way to my room, everyone I met was absolutely delightful. Even if only for that reason, I would love to come again.

It’s a home away from home . Ambience is amazing and courteous and affectionate staff who walk the extra Mike to help willingly . Concierge n u must have exchanged 100 mails … they bought the kabuki tickets , Shinkansen bulket train tickets , for me , I had ordered a wheel chair in Amazon Japan which was delivered without hitch . They booked table in Indian restaurant Gurgaon in ginza which was beyond expectation . They also obliged by escorting my mom who is 80 to the train platform n up onto the train . V dependable staff who make you feel safe in a foreign country and assist with a smile . Great hospitality . If you book before hand zero cancellation the rooms are not v exorbitant . Will recommend stay here 100 percent . Great gym with a BMs machine as well . Can go on n on .

In the past when we were in Tokyo we always stayed elsewhere, this was the first time to stay in this hotel and we were not sorry. The room was spacious, clean, peaceful and nicely arranged. The bed was big and comfortable with great pillows and duvet -- sleep quality was really good. Breakfast was a real surprise, plenty of everything and we especially liked a lot of Japanese dishes on offer. Location is great for walks around Marunouchi and Ginza is also not so far away. Because of the length of the building there are several entrances, exclusively for staying guests, so one does not have to go every time through the lobby and gets to the room faster. A nice touch!

Great location, wonderful staff, and amazing amenities! This was by far our most favorite hotel in Japan and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The breakfast was the single most amazing breakfast we've had in Japan - we stayed in other properties in Japan that offered breakfast, but the breakfast at Tokyo Station Hotel was above and beyond... amazing spread of Japanese and Western food options. We would've been happy to eat this every morning during our 2 week stay in Japan. Also the staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful, and they even had kids amenities and stickers for my child upon arrival. Seriously can't say more good things about this hotel!!
